Gateway Integration

Where Cashfree or Razorpay is enabled, checkout may redirect to or open the respective gateway-hosted payment flow for UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, or other supported methods. The selected gateway processes payment authentication and payment method data under its own security and compliance controls.

What BigTravel.in Stores

We may store order ID, product purchased, payment status, payment reference ID, invoice details, coupon used, date/time, and user email. We do not store CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, net-banking password, or full card authentication data.

Card and UPI Safety

• Never share OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, or net-banking password with anyone claiming to represent BigTravel.in.
• We will never ask for your full card details over email.
• Payment success is confirmed through the gateway response and order status.
• If money is debited but no order is generated, email bigtraveldesk@gmail.com with the payment ID and screenshot.

Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Payments

For failed, pending, duplicate, or delayed payments, we will verify the transaction with the payment gateway records. Refunds, if applicable under our No Refund Policy, are processed back to the original payment method.

HTTPS and Secure Checkout

BigTravel.in enforces HTTPS for production traffic at https://bigtravel.in. Users should confirm the browser address bar shows HTTPS before entering payment details.
