No Refund Policy

BigTravel.in sells digital, instantly delivered travel guides and bundles. Because digital content is made available immediately after successful checkout, all paid purchases are final unless this policy expressly says otherwise.

No Refund After Delivery

Once a paid digital guide, bundle, file, or download link is delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchase, duplicate personal purchase, travel plan changes, or failure to read the product description.

Exceptions We May Consider

We may review a refund or replacement request only in limited cases.

  • You were charged but no order/download access was generated.
  • You purchased the same product twice using the same email because of a technical error.
  • The download file is unavailable or materially corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
  • A payment gateway confirms a failed or reversed transaction.

How to Raise a Request

Email bigtraveldesk@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your email address, order ID/payment ID, product name, screenshot of the issue, and a short explanation.

Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be initiated to the original payment method through the payment gateway. Bank/payment timelines depend on the issuing bank, UPI provider, card network, or payment partner.

Free Guides and Coupons

Free guides, promotional access, coupons, and discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
